i had to wait until i had a good blender to make them with and i got one of those this Christmas. hooray!
so finally whipped these up. they did not dissapoint.
healthy and a great breakfast to take on the go!
1 cup of ice
1/2 cup frozen rasperries or strawberries
1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon of honey
i ended up using a a mix of berries and strawberry yogurt because it was what I had on hand.
i love to double or triple the recipe and then throw small serving sizes in the freezer so i can just grab one and go in the morning.
